The staff is really nice, customer service was exceptional however my pedicure...horrible. Paid £45 for a so called “deluxe spa pedicure “ and left with my feet looking almost the same with the difference of my nails being painted which I upgraded to gel for an additional £10. I have been left with my feet still full with hard skin,spots what haven’t even been scrubbed and with nails cut way too back so it hurts.A couple hours later when I got home the gel polish has already started chipping.

Kids tv blaring in the back ground. Lovely girl who did my nails but so young. Drill used on my nails for no reason leaving them lined and polish didn’t finish nicely. Pedicure - never left a pedicure with so much dry skin or varnish on my toes. So disappointing, I advise to avoid at all costs.
