Staff were very friendly but the nail technician literally just removed the polish and applied a new coat, no filing nothing

Pedicure was really good and relaxing but English wasn't great so they didn't understand when I said it was taking too long and not to do another layer but they did anyway and ended up having to leave with it wet and my toes smudging

Such a great experience once again. Service is amazing, I never have to wait and booking timings are stuck to. Manicure last weeks! Can’t recommend highly enough.
