The salon is really nice so clean, really loved the decor. Staff were really nice and I love my nails, they were patient with me as I always take a while trying to pick a colour. This was my first time getting dipped powder gel extensions and I hope it is better for my nails as the electric file was still used but only a little bit on my natural nail. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Took a friend for her bday, both manicures were peeling/chipping within 48hrs. Therapists kept swapping between people. Booked the manicure with hand massage and it all felt a bit rushed. Overall fairly disappointing.

I had Russian volume lashes, nails extension with dipping powder and deluxe pedicure for my toes. They are amazing! The staff really friendly and professional. We discussed what I wanted and the result is great. I have already recommended this salon to everyone.
Having had my lashes done many times from different places around Birmingham I was least impressed with the results. I asked for thicker and longer lashes, unfortunately you could not tell at all that I’d had them done which I felt was a waste of my money given the fact they are more expensive here than a lot of other places .
