Hello, i booked online my appointment for 4 15 pm but when i was there there was only one guy working to finalize the pedicure of 2 other ladies. Then, he called somebody to help him and he started the manicure at 4 30pm...I booked a manicure opa for 45 mins but whole process of manicure took 20 mins (and not the one i booked for) I think, the biggest issue was the cleanliness as the manicure table was full of nail dust from the previous custoners and the equipment was not hygienic at all

This wasn’t a super great experience. While I appreciate it was very cheap, there was a challenge around communication and I’m not 100% I was understood which made the overall experience not so great.
