Arrived on time for my colour cut and blow dry only to find no hairdresser present. Was told by nail technicianthat said lady had TRIED to phone me the previous day to cancel but Despite being in all day I received no call! Most annoying of all was the fact I had put a large amount of money in a meter close to the salon to cover my parking whilst there for it turns out, absolutely nothing. Thanks SR- don't think I will be back!

Even though I had received a confirming email of my haircut appointment, upon arrival to the salon I was told I was not booked in. The receptionist was very rude. You would think that seeing as this was the salon’s mistake that they would be slightly more courteous. I am never booking with this salon again: there is clearly a lack of any customer service. STAY AWAY.
