I have quite long, thick and curly hair which is a challenge for any hairdresser! Because of this and after many bad experiences at hair salons I had taken to cutting my own hair, and just not going to salons! I decided to try SR Beautique and I'm very glad I did! My hairdresser was Mana, who is fantastic. She took lots of time with me before starting to make me feel comfortable, pick the colours for my highlights, discuss my history of cuts and colour and she made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted so she could deliver it, and she did just that. She was amazingly professional, always asking me if I felt comfortable... for tea and coffee and none of the silly hairdressing chat you get in some salons! Oh the weather.... where's your next holiday... just real, nice chat! Mana treated, cut and highlighted my hair, and it looked great. Finally really happy with a salon experience and I will definitely be going back. I'd really recommend this salon, and in particular Mana's mad hair dressing skills.

This should have been better than it was. Arrived at 11.45 for my noon appointment, therapist didn't take me until 12.25 as she was busy chatting to someone outside the shop. Didn't offer an apology for keeping me waiting even when prompted with a 'running late?'. So my half hour massage only lasted around 15 minutes. It was a good massage though. Facial was okay too though i did seem to spend an awfully long time under a face mask leaving the therapist free. Reduced price offer seemed to equate to reduction in service so i wouldn't go back

Great haircut, love the colour and style. Friendly stylist but not overly so, didnt yak away which i liked. I would go back here for another hairdo

I was taken about 20mins late but once the massage started all was forgotten. The massage was wonderful and so so good!!! Definitely go back again.
