My nails were perfect & lasted almost 3 weeks before having to take the remainder off due to growth showing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Friendly staff, taken on time, asked and listened to what you wanted,offered advice 're colour,very happy with cut and overall finish,deck going back.

My overall experience was ok apart from the fact that i was left waiting for 45 minutes before i was seen to. There was only one hairdresser doing everyones hair so thats why I was waiting so long. Fair enough they asked me if I wanted tea or coffee but that was after 40 minutes of me waiting. Then when I finally got seen to, the woman who washed my hair (not the hairdresser) started washing my hair with cold water which made me jump so i had to ask for it to be warmer. Then there was a blonde woman who started drying my hair because the hairdresser was still busy cutting someone elses hair, this blonde woman kept dropping things and seemed like she didnt know what she was doing, I think she was a trainee. Apart from that, I really liked my haircut, I just wish the hairdresser done my hair from the start as she new what she was doing.
