Got taken right away, hair stylist was experienced and I was happy with my cut and colour, no time was wasted and I was offered a refreshment
I booked my friends in for the 2 for £29 deal as I was getting my hair done when they came to visit. When we arrived we found that the booking had not been recorded so there was nobody to take them for their treatments, We managed to come to an arrangement and they did recieve alternative treatments (wash & blow, pedicure and 2x eyebrow threading instead of a facial, head massage and 2 x back massages). Sometimes these things happen so we did not kick up a fuss, although it was a little disapointing. My hair always turns out great and I have now had my highlights done there 6 times, I have also had gel nails that lasted almost two weeks.
I would definately recommend to all my friends. It was worth for the money the I paid. Definately would go for my next haircut.
Nice salon with a relaxed atmosphere, had a cut and colour and the stylist made a good job of my hair, the girl was called Marie, pleased with the results and will go back.
The cut colour was fine. My reason I have rated it poorly was due to the fact I phoned prior to booking to clarify the additional cost of getting colour in between highlights to cover grey and was told it would be £10 which was fine I went ahead and booked. Once at appt I was told in fact it would be an additional £30 which was totally unacceptable as I had already checked before confirming the appt. I ended up getting colour only as I felt the increase was ridiculous will not be returning.
