great cut and highlights staff were very friendly and really happy with cut and will be going back
Would not use again even if you paid me. Was booked in for first week in May, got a phonecall to say they could take me today. Got there and was told I was double booked so would need to wait. Waited half an hour before being taken. Not shown any colour charts for highlights at all. had to use toner on my hair after highlights which cost an extra £10. Did not cut my hair prob due to the fact it was getting near 5pm (appt time 2.30) She trimmed the back and that was all. By the time she had finished my hair barely looked any different. The blonde highlights were almost non existant. By the time I got home I noticed my hair was looking grey at the roots. It was infact blue, from peroxide being left in my hair. Utterly disgusted with the whole process, would much rather pay an extra £20 and get it done properly. The shop offers full head highlights cut and blow dry for £35 which is what I ended up paying and the voucher only covers half head highlights. There was no head massage and no osmo treatment. I feel it is a complete con and would definitely not recommend it. I also reckon the staff write the good reviews themselves.
I forgot my voucher and the lady let me use her mobile phone to show proof of payment. The hairdresser took time to look at my colour and suggest a colour match to my existing colour. The salon was clean and tidy.
Went to this salon for a cut and full head highlights, the hairdressers Lindsay done a good job of the colour and also cut my hair as I asked just taking the ends of which is all i like cut off.
I have been to this salon several times and have always liked the cut and colour done, not a fancy salon but it is a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Got eyebrows threaded and was happy with the result, i find it more painful than waxing though, goood prices for threading at this salon and the staff make you feel at ease, I would recommend this salon for beauty treatments.
