I’ve done 4 sessions with Stelios and I’ve been feeling much better, more quickly than seeing a traditional physio. He understands issues and is very targeted.

From the moment I arrived at the studio, I felt a sense of relaxation. I booked a reflexology massage and can only say good things about my experience. Stelios took the time to explain the different pressure points he was working on and the health benefits associated with them. His expertise was evident in the way he adjusted the pressure to ensure my comfort without compromising the treatment. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Stelios.
