I have been suffering from TMJ and general neck and back tension since giving birth to my son last year. After just one session with Stelios, my jaw felt a lot more relaxed and open, and my muscle tension had subsided. I have been going to Stelios now for a few weeks and cannot express how much he has helped me. He is super professional, experienced and caring and I always look forward to the next session.

I do amateur boxing, train a lot and unfortunately get traumas quite often. Stelios is an absolute savior whenever this happens. Often doing a mix of needles/ cupping and massage whenever my issues require those, and every time if not fixed, the issue is largely improved.
