Stelios’s sessions has been helping me though a very stressful period and helped my body though tension, tightness, aches and headaches.
It’s helped greatly with my stress, work through my muscle tension and ability to take some time to let my body relax and recover.

Stelios is extremely knowledgeable , I had a massive pain and I couldn’t move my upper back , and after the first session I was feeling almost no pain at all , he took me through the process explaining all I needed to know.he used multiple techniques as well !i can’t recommend him enough,I am not going anywhere else!

I found Stelios by chance in a desperate time of need when I developed an incredibly painful and quite debilitating muscle spasm in my neck. I initially booked in for acupuncture (not know what I had and what I needed) but decided to put my pain (and trust!) completely into Stelios' hands. Two weeks and various treatments later, the pain is almost completely gone. Stelios has been fantastic in his communication and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.
