My appointment and treatment was one made to cater specifically to my needs by the very helpful and thoughtful Charlotte, who was my stylist. I was my second appointment with her and I feel I could trust her with my hair implicitly. The moisturise deep conditioning treatment she gave me was amazing for my hair. I recommend.
