I absolutely loved the spa. Went for my sisters birthday. Wr enjoyed our massage. And using the spa facilities. Was nice to unwind.
The staff where super friendly.
And it ws just me and my sister in the pool.
Only thing is they could pick up the phone when we rang, we had to ring them several times.

Venue clean and comfortable. My massage experience was good. Staff were brilliant
When I walked in the floor wasn’t very clean. The hot towels weren’t available so feet weren’t cleaned before the massage. The massage was suppose to last an hour which it didn’t. The therapist wasn’t very accommodating at all and had fake nails. She had the fan on which I asked to be turned off and she said she might put it back on half way through the treatment. I’m cold so would you say you might out it back in half way? She didn’t but the fact she said that baffled me. Will never go again!
It looks fancy from the photos but it’s not, I arrived 10 min in advance of my booking and the treatment only started 15min later. During my treatment I described that I was the only costumer for this massage therapist. So I don’t know why the delay. The floor of the room was not clean full of dust that was a pillow in the conner with yellow stains, thank god was not necessary to use it, that was noise from outside and wasn’t a relaxing experience.
