Booked this appt for my mum as a Christmas gift. To begin, the hairdresser insisted that my mum had long length hair, eventhough it is a few centimetres below the shoulder line. So had to pay extra. After that was sorted, the entire thing took 20 mins and was very rushed. My mum showed them exactly what she wanted and it was completely ignored. She was very disappointed and so was I. I would not recommend this salon at all.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Hair trim was perfect (paid for just wash and cut). The hairdresser insisted on drying my hair a little bit as it was cold outside, told her to leave it as my hair doesn't like hair dryers. So letting them know, don't worry I survived and had transport home - thank you for your concern about my well-being.
