Staff were polite and listened to want I wanted. Lovely head massage during the wash. Only downside was no towels were available.

Nice salon and nice hair dresser however - just be clear that if you book a wash and hair cut you wont get a full blow dry too - they will charge you £45 for this. Luckily my hairdresser didn't leave my hair undone as she could see I was disappointed at the idea of paying anymore. A bit of an odd pricing strategy - just offer a wash, cut and blowdry and charge accordingly like all other salons.
