My therapist was lovely but for £50 I expected some sort of foot massage included in the treatment. Instead I got about two minutes of massage. I was told the treatment was an hour and a half but it was less than an hour and a quarter (leg waxing in the middle of it as well).
I also think my heels are still a big cracked. When I go to a nail bar my heels usually feel smoother.
So I paid more than double what I normally pay and I’m not sure what extra I got apart from the foot hot wax.

Anna, made me feel very comfortable and at easy.
The process was done in a very professional but friendly way.
I was my first time having laminated eyebrows and I found the process very relaxing and I really enjoyed the outcome.
