Priya was amazing and went out of her way to accommodate me. I went in for the extensions which turned out great and she talked me through my options, but also got my eyebrows threaded and shaped which was worth every penny. Will definitely be going back!

It was fantastic experience. All the material used in the whole process like wax, thread having nice quality. Priya who works their have brilliant knowledge about all the process including her responding nature towards customer. One more important thing is price is low in comparison of market and she is delivering more rather than your expectations.
Very smoothly she did all the jobs. Everyone women must visit once to she her fantastic performance.
I am fully convinced and satisfied by her work and polite nature.

Probably one of the worst waxing experiences I have had.
Therapist needed a refresher course and used hard, poor quality hot wax that required multiple attempts to remove, leaving me with an area of skin that was red raw and painful. Therapist told me it was “good wax that would prevent hair from ever regrowing” (clearly rubbish) and then waited to tell me at the end of the treatment that other customers had also complained about it but she had not bothered to change it!!
Took 40 minutes (not helped by a 10 minute eyebrow sales pitch) and left encrusted with multiple bits of wax which she couldn’t remove.
Very rarely write lengthy reviews but was just so taken aback, felt I should warn others!
