it was not Lisa who performed the pedicure. compared to what I'm used to, I wasn't too happy with the overall experience. to make matters worse, the following day I had a fungus on my toes. won't go back there.

What I’d booked in for (gel nails) wasn’t actually communicated with the person doing my nails, so he had clipped my fingernails to stubs in preparation for false nails (despite me saying no when he asked if I wanted them) before I had quite realised what was happening. The actual gel mani and pedi I ended up with was fine and very reasonable for the price, but totally gutted to have had my own nails ruined in the process.
