I made a booking for Wednesday afternoon and then got a call from the technician ta say she was not in that day, eventhough it was available on the Treatwell app. I call the shop to changed my appointment for Thursday at 10 am; the technician arrived at 10.20 as apparently the shop failed to tell her i changed my appointment to 10 am. The technician did a good job with the services, but the mix up with the times twice was not appreciated.
