I had a back, neck and shoulder relief massage and i award it 4 stars. I loved it and the therapist was very nice and professional (though she took some time to set things that could have been prepared before) but she was great and really worked on the tension in my shoulders.
The only thing i didnt like is that the massage table didnt have the hole for your head but a pillow (very comfy one but still) so i had to lean on one side and by the end of the massage my neck was numb and sore.

Whilst the beautician is lovely the service was not HD brows - just a tint and thread. Usually HD is by an HD trained person who measures, threads, waxes, plucks, tints and fills in your brows with HD products. However both the tint and shape were done well-but it should be advertised as this though not HD.

I was looking for a good place to do my eyebrowes in Chiswick and after I read all the reviews about Nancy I decided to give it a shot. Very nice person with great skills. I'll definitely come back there .

The room was a little chilly & noisy butt he pedicure was fab, which is why I award it a 5 star.
