Nancy was not only a competent therapist but made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The treatment room is small but fine and it felt like better service and care than I have experienced in lots of chiswicks bigger salon/spas. Would definitely recommend.

Nancy takes great attention to detail, now that she's begun shaping my eyebrows I will go nowhere else! They are looking better after. Only a few sessions!
