I had the worst neck, back and shoulder massage I have ever had. The music (which was a few beats on loop) stopped working 10mins in, all I could hear was the hairdressers upstairs, was expecting some aromatherapy as described on the menu but assume it was just a cheap moisturiser used as I started to itch, the massage itself was average, pressure points were not correct and after leaving ended up laying on my back in pain for the rest of the weekend, I have now got a £90 osteopath bill to fix my back and neck. I was surprised that I was made to pay and would still welcome a refund. Really disappointed.
