Lovely experience. I have very sensitive skin and am often hesitant before booking facials but it went really well. Joanne is very knowledgeable and used great products. And she sent a lovely follow up to help me change my skin routine. Would definitely recommend!

I did a facial with extraction and Jo was absolutely fantastic. She uses a variety of nice products, gave me suggestions on my skin, treated me with massage (for free) and even taught me a couple of reflexology tricks. She has a very delicate touch which made the extraction actually quite pleasant.
