Jo is lovely. Worth noting that it is in a house (I wasn't expecting that) & that it is plucking not waxing (I booked waxing). She did a good job on my eyebrows. The tint only lashes was only on for a minute- where I normally go it is on for 14 minutes which leaves a more dramatic effect which I prefer.
