Jo gave me a lovely welcome and the treatment room on the top floor of her house is cosy and relaxing. There weren't many colour options available for shellac which meant I had to have a standard manicure with a colour that I liked. Jo did this beautifully but shellac is what I really wanted so I have scored 4 stars. Jo says there are more shellac colours on order.

Jo was absolutely lovely and made me feel very at ease, especially as this was my first facial, she explained everything that was happening. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and a definite treat! The only thing I would say is that the next day, my skin seemed no better than prior to the extractions, masks, steam, exfoliations, microdermabrasion etc, if anything I had a worse breakout. However this might be normal, it was my first one! I would still have the experience again and fully recommend it to my friends.

Hi was friendly and obviously experienced. Bit disappointed that she would not get rid of the whiteheads on daughters face - I thought that was the point of teen facials. Nice small treatment room at top of stairs so not good for anyone with mobility issues
