Her knowledge and experience shines through, I was made to feel so at ease throughout and I genuinely fell asleep I was THAT relaxed! She is so lovely and gave me such no-nonsense and affordable tips for looking after my skin and feeling confident. No sales gimmicks here and genuine care for your well-being and relaxation. An excellent facial in a welcoming, home setting. Jo is very calming and knowledgeable. I felt in safe hands for the extraction. I enjoyed that the facial was not a generic, single brand spa treatment but a personal experience with a range of product recommendations for post-treatment. Will book again when can.
