I had a really wonderful experience with Jo, I have had a facial before but not to the same degree of knowledge, comfort or passion that Jo clearly has. She was so friendly, and gave me some very good advice about my skincare regime, what was/wasn't working and gave me product recommendations to try. My skin felt amazing afterwards, really good extraction and understood my anxieties around my rosacea, and gave really good advice in and around that too. Thank you so much!!!
