Joanna is so lovely, and talks you through the entire process from start to finish. The experience of having my lashes done was super relaxing - a massive bonus given that it was my first time and I was very nervous! She also talks you through aftercare and gives you a little set, which is really helpful. Very nice indeed - I'd recommend!
