Sine I have been seeing Aldona my health has improved substantially. I have greater mobility, my digestion has improved and my ankles have become less swollen. I hold less tension in my back and shoulders. I enjoy seeing Aldona she is very professional and friendly

The deep tissue massage was superb! My range of movement has increased instantly, I’m able to turn my head to the sides, which I wasn’t before - my neck and shoulders were so tight. Really recommend!
