Good experience overall, professional and friendly team. However the shellac didnt last long - one fell after a day, another 3 days later.

Mostly good but despite asking the manicurist to be gentle she did over scrape one nail so it's now very thin.

she was fast in cutting my hair and she was very gentle! she was also very helpful in knowing what i want for my hair, asking me each step if it satisfies me

The only note is that the room was really cold, but when I told the staff she promptly put an heating in the room and gave me a towel to cover me
