It was my first time visiting Starlight but I definitely plan to return. The gel manicure was great value and the standard was far better than I received at some other salons. The lady who did the manicure (Mina?) was friendly and gentle. They had a variety of colours to choose from, glittery and plain, and I would definitely recommend Starlight to others.
