Very small salon and no private room for waxing so I was sat in a hairdressers chair. No consultation about what shape or thickness i wanted and the woman assumed I wanted thick brows and left me with lots of stray hairs
The wax pot and tools used were dirty and unsanititised
Even though the service was only 4 quid it was still a poor experience and I won't be returning
