lovely staff and very relaxing and professional treatment

I came here because the salon had a good raiting. Unfortunately, I left very dissapointed :(
Cons:
- small pallette of colours, no mattes;
- the forme of the nails was not according to what I wanted, I had to reshape 'em at home just so that all of them have the same forme and also lenght..
- 2 nails have bubbles on their surface, although I mentioned that to the therapist, while 2 other nails at the beginning of the nail are slightly transparent and I can see my actual nail;
- the cuticules are almost the same as before having the manicure, they were removed and cleaned up superficially;
I told the therapist all these details, but apparently even though you pay for this service they don't look bothered by the fact that you are not satisfied with the final result - never again, Starlight..

Ladies here are always lovely and accommodating. I did have a disappointing amount of hair left however so do make sure you check yourself before leaving.
