The salon did not even open until my appointment time at 09:30. The salon was freezing cold. My coat was taken off me then thrown over the couch.My hair was washed with cold water, during the haircut not once did she use the mirror that was hidden by off brand products.I asked for a long curtain fringe,she first tried cutting it too short then cut one side shorter,blowdried without heat protection, I asked for my hair to be straightened I had to ask for heat spray,I had to straighten my fringe

Booking was made online for back and chest waxing. Arrived and told card machine not working, please go to get money. After arriving back was told that the price I had booked for online should be 25 more. I refused to pay more as had booked the correct prices on the website. Waxing was very rough and unfriendly. Would not visit again.
