I arrived a couple of minutes late because I couldn't find the place, then had to wait for 15 minutes for the beautician to arrive.
Whilst waiting, a woman came to the reception desk to sell her gold for cash... it was very bizarre!
I was then taken into the treatment room (which opened straight in the main hair salon) and asked to remove my bottoms and wipe with baby wipes. This didn't fee tactful and didn't put me at ease. Luckily I've had a fair few Hollywood waxes and largely knew what to expect, because I was manhandled through the treatment with hardly any conversation. The therapist re-waxed the area a few times - a no-no on such delicate skin! And the follow up lotion was seriously cheap, I'm not sure it did much. I was left to put my clothes back on (she left me to it, told me to hide behind the door, because otherwise would be in full view of salon ... but at the start of the treatment I was starkers on the bed and she walked in!)
The whole experience felt basic, trashy and unprofessional, which is I guess what you get for the money!
Cheapest shellac I could find where I could book online at short notice which was a major plus, and Laila is lovely. Pretty basic treatment is why it's so cheap- not a full manicure basically just quick shape up and shellac application so not for if you want a pamper session but nails looked good and lasted! Would definitely recommend for waxes but might find elsewhere for nails.
