Upon arrival I wasn't greeted with a smile at all. On the contrary the lady with long, dark hair sitting at the reception looked at me judgingly when I turned up and almost frowned when I advised her of my booking. The salon seemed spotlessly clean though. The threading was done as a properly rushed job overall. The eyebrows were shaped rather nicely, the lady who did it obviously is skilled at this but it seemed like she just didn't care about the rest of the face! She went over some other parts of my face very hastily, spending a total of only 5-7 minutes as opposed to the 30 mins listed on the website and just left abruptly to tend to other customers who had arrived in the salon almost at the closing time of 6pm without prior booking!! I looked at the mirror and asked the second lady present there to go over some bits which seemed incomplete though she seemed a lot friendlier in comparison, she was quite slow and I was happy to leave! Upon arriving home, I realised that LOTS of hairs hadn't been removed from my face at all, feeling like I had been ripped off with sub-standard customer service. I have been to threading salons where a thorough, professional job has been done for the allocated 30 mins (as advertised on the website), for the same price that I paid here. So I'm never returning here again!! As mentioned before, the eyebrow threading/shaping is very good but for a detailed, thorough job on the face go elsewhere to get your money's worth!!

I accidentally booked the wrong treatment online, i was worried that i wouldn't be able to get either a refund or to change the appointment. however, the staff were so helpful on the phone and not only changed the type of appointment, but they also changed the day. this was very kind of them. when i arrived at the salon, it was quite empty, but i was offered a cuppa and sat down. i showed the lady some photos of the hair cut i wanted and she talked it through with me. then she stopped at various points to ensure that she was taking the right amount of hair off! which was great because some people tend to cut too much off! overall, i would recommend this place.
