I accidentally booked the wrong treatment online, i was worried that i wouldn't be able to get either a refund or to change the appointment. however, the staff were so helpful on the phone and not only changed the type of appointment, but they also changed the day. this was very kind of them. when i arrived at the salon, it was quite empty, but i was offered a cuppa and sat down. i showed the lady some photos of the hair cut i wanted and she talked it through with me. then she stopped at various points to ensure that she was taking the right amount of hair off! which was great because some people tend to cut too much off! overall, i would recommend this place.
