this isn't my first time visiting statement hair and beauty to do waxing. actually it's my 3rd time. I always love how fast and clean laila's wax is and it really doesn't hurt at all. unfortunately on the last visit I supposed to pay at 16.80 pound based on treatwell but when i turned up there i paid for 24 instead. it's a bit disappointing on that part but maybe part of the problem because i didn't say that i am using treatwell and they didn't check on my appointment too. but the service was great. just that i wish i won't get to pay extra 8 pound.

jazz was my beautician that did my nails she was so lovely and made me feel really comfortable. My nails looked lovely and she was happy to give me hair advice whilst I was there. I will defiantly be going back to get my nails done again.
