This place has potential but it needs finessing if it wants to compete. service and ambiance were quite average, it wasn't warm and inviting, I felt a bit of an inconvenience. The basin was leaking and the wash wasn't very relaxing. The salon is fairly big with lots of natural light, one person was having threading, another nails but it lacked atmosphere. My hair dry was ok, but the lady wasn't very well prepared and was clearing other people's hair from the brushes. She didn't really initiate a rapport and just got on with the job in hand, which was fine being a blowdry I suppose. I got a nice coffee from another lady and when I paid to leave I had a friendly goodbye. The location is great, right on the high street opposite east street so there is pay to park there. Would I go again? Probably not but I wish them well in their venture.

Stellar service, beautiful result. I had the gel nails, and included in that price was glitter which I was really impressed with. Will be back soon!
