Definitely nice and polite staff. Been asked if want a tea or coffee, what I haven't meet anywhere else. Having nice haircut afterwards. The only issue was that I have booked wash & cut and got only cut. Was not mentioning this as anyway my hairs needs 30-40 mins of cut only but... would be good in future if staff would be checking the full booking.
