I loved the end result but there are some improvements which this salon can make:
1. Time management - the staff overbooked some slots and had to ask a lot of people to wait more than an hour for their appointments. They had my slot wrong as well although I booked in advance.
2. Cleanliness - the salon looks very old and dirty. The pictures are misleading.
3. Staff -sometimes they seemed too uncertain and clumsy. Maybe it was just a bad day but the lady who cut my hair scratched my eye lid with the brush and did not even notice.
The good things about the salon are its location, which is very central, and the price. And as said above, the end result actually looks okay.

I had an excellent experience, and it was very good value for money. I will definitely return to statement hair and beauty if I decide to keep my hair this length.

Salon is clean every time i visit, and staff is really friendly and henna tattoo are amazing.I definitely visit again.
NEVER will I step place in this salon AGAIN. I went there to get my eyebrows done and the lady literally made a mockery of it. I wish could post pictures on here. I've been growing my eyebrows for three months now (as my birthday is in a few days) I simply asked for a TIDY! not for her to shorten the length , make them thin and totally ruin the shape. EYEBROWS can truly make or break your face.
After she was done she could see I wasn't happy and told me to tell her what's wrong. When i told her, she just stormed off to the counter. I paid her and with a £10 and she gave my £6 back in loads of silvers. I wanted to get out so quick that I didn't even check to see if it was correct.
PLEASE PLEASE AVOID DOING YOUR EYEBROWS HERE !!!
Great experience as always. I Was able to reschedule as well with ease as anything else.the girls are Very accommodating.
