The venue was clean and spacious, and Preeya was friendly and welcoming, without being overbearing. The gel manicure in itself was fairly quick and so far (I have now had it for 3 days) has lasted without any issue, despite me doing household chores and other activities which usually chip my nails.

Ria was welcoming and the venue was nice. I felt like Ria knew what she was doing.
The reason I'm giving this a poor review overall is that I don't think the treatment was value for money. It didn't last 1 hour (probably 45 minutes maximum), and I spent a chunk of that time just sat under a steamer on my own.
If the treatment had more contact, such as a longer head massage, or a hand massage while being steamed, and lasted the full hour, it would be better value for money.

Had the worst experience ever! My lashes were damaged horribly after and It wasn’t taken care of. I paid I went home and called them the next day just to hear they will refund me money in 2 weeks when someone comes back from holiday. No solution for the problem, no tip how to get them in better condition, nothing!!! My eyelashes are basically stuck to my eyelid and there’s nothing I can do as they’re too much lifted and close to it. They look cranky and like they’re burnt from the glue. Horrible
