I have no idea how businesses like these survive. The customer service is so incredibly bad. I walked out midway my treatment as it was sub-standard. I literaly walked across the road to a competitor where I had a way better experience. Sadly I pre paid and lost my money but thats better than seeing the therapist doing the least possible. Small price to pay to make sure they never see me again.
