I am very disappointed to have to write this review. My experience was overally disgusting. When i was asked to turn around for them to do the back of legs i came face to face on the pillow i had just been laying on with residue wax from someone else wax and not only that but there was someone elses pubic hairs stuck in with the wax. I tried to tell the waxer that i could not put my face on this pillow anymore but she did not listen or understand. At the end of the treatment i took the pillow out the room with me but the way they looked at me made me think they probably just put it straight back. Entirely unclean and disgusting. The waxing lady also did not check with me regarding temperatures of wax at all and appeared to use some sort of strip wax system for the Hollywood and completely missed my feet from my lower leg wax.
