Staff are polite and friendly but some clearly not trained, and I was not informed if someone was training.
My shellac nail art looked like a child had done it. I was then due to have my hair done, couldn't face them touching my hair if they did a rubbish job on my nails. I ended up leaving the salon with my hair wet. Was not happy to stay.

Really attentative. The nails were applied with great precision and really relaxing and the massage was amazing - perfect pressure; I could have had it done all day long!
