On leaving I saw gel left on my nails. On researching I now know she should have removed my gel polish by soaking before going at my nails for over an hour with an electric filer. My nails are absolutely destroyed from this. I had informed of acrylic tips. You can still see remaining gel polish. I'd booked a manicure too but my nails were not cared for after the intense filing from the electric file just scrubbed more & more. Woman doing my nails sighed the whole time! Awful.
