"Shellac" fell off 2 days later (my daughter's) & mine chipped within 3 days.. Clearly not the correct product. Also dirty towels used. I wouldn't normally give a bad review but it was poor.

Punctual, no waiting at all. Efficient no-fuss service and Ellie made sure that I am 100% happy with my brows by taking the time afterwards to smooth out minor imperfections.
