I visited for leg and bikini wax and it was as good as a wax can be however the manager came in once before actually staying in the to help with the treatment which is fine with me but she did not knock first just came in spoke to my therapist and left and then came in again no knocking then when she was in with me other therapists would open the door to ask questions. I'm sitting in my underwear getting waxed and the room is right at the back of the shop were I could see out the room so who knows who could see in at me. I just felt a little on show while getting my treatment. The girls were not fully opening the door or anything it's just I was uncomfortable enough getting waxed without having the door opened and closed multiple times. There was also an issue after my waxing but the manager dealt with this brilliantly and offered to resolve the issue quickly and swiftly would defo return to the salon
