The lady in the shop was very friendly, however, they did not really explain what was going to happen. When I had to close my eyes for the treatment they were quit loudly talking around me, it sounded almost as if they were fighting. When I opened my eyes another lady was continuing the treatment. The result is ok, the eyelashes dyed but the lifting had better results at other places. The price is really ok, but I think I would not go there again. It was quite dirty.
