I travelled from Coatbridge to Partick to get my treatment, shich I had received both text and email confirmations for. Arrived at the salon and they had no record of me, no person available for massage and were rude stating 'they had not confirmed my appointment through Treatwell' whilst pointing at their phone. Really disappointing service and a waste of time.
